Compostable Macaron Packaging

Pure Compostables manufactures macaron packaging for bakeries, pâtisseries, cafés, and dessert brands. Material formulations are built around plant-based PLA.

What sets our macaron packaging apart

  • Clear PLA windows. Premium-positioned bakery items show through cleanly.
  • Kraft fold integrity. Boxes hold delicate items (macarons, croissants) without crushing.

Certifications and compliance

Compostability claims are backed by certification from BPI, TUV Austria, DIN CERTCO, and (where applicable) ABA for Australia and New Zealand. We test against ASTM D6400 — 90% biodegradation in 180 days, full disintegration in 84 days, ecotoxicity, and heavy-metal limits — before any SKU ships. Our team holds the certificates internally and can supply documentation on request.

OEM, private label, and bulk orders

Our OEM and ODM workflow runs in parallel to stock SKU sales. You send vector artwork (PDF/AI) at print resolution; we return a digital proof for sign-off. For flexo runs, a physical match-print proof goes out before plates are committed. Lead time is typically 4–6 weeks from final artwork approval through production. We document spec sheets, certificates of analysis, and chain-of-custody for compliance.
