Pure Compostables manufactures every product at our 84,000 m² facility in Pingshan District, Shenzhen — running an annual capacity of 100,000 tons across compostable bags, food-grade paper, foodservice containers, juice bottles, and custom-printed packaging. The equipment lineup below covers the full production stack: pelletizing for compostable resin, multi-layer co-extrusion for film, blown-film lines for bag stock, agricultural and geomembrane films, and printing and bag-making for finished SKUs. Every line is run by an in-house technical team, with material formulations and product specs validated against BPI, TUV Austria, EN 13432, and ASTM D6400 testing protocols.
