Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for standard retail products within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at sayru@sayru.com with your order number and the reason for return.
Custom OEM and ODM orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, as these products are manufactured to your specific requirements.
Free samples are not eligible for return.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive products that are defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement shipment or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping
For eligible returns that are not due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.
For returns due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect items), we will cover or reimburse the return shipping costs.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days and issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge if they have not yet entered production or been shipped. For custom orders already in production, cancellation may not be possible and a cancellation fee may apply. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.
