At Pure Compostables, we ship our compostable and biodegradable products to customers worldwide. Whether you are ordering retail packs or placing a bulk commercial order, we are committed to delivering your products safely and efficiently.
Shipping Methods
For retail and small orders, we typically ship via international express carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or TNT. Delivery times for express shipping generally range from 5 to 10 business days depending on your location.
For bulk, wholesale, and OEM/ODM orders, we ship by sea freight (FOB Shenzhen or CIF to your destination port) or by air freight, depending on order volume and urgency. Sea freight typically takes 15 to 45 days depending on the destination, while air freight usually arrives within 7 to 15 business days.
Order Processing Time
Standard in-stock products are typically processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Custom OEM and ODM orders require a production lead time that will be communicated in your order confirmation, generally ranging from 15 to 30 working days depending on the order size and complexity.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the order weight, volume, destination, and chosen shipping method. For retail orders, shipping costs will be displayed at checkout or communicated before payment. For bulk and custom orders, shipping costs will be included in your formal quotation.
We periodically offer free shipping promotions on select products or order thresholds — check our website or contact our team for current offers.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your shipment.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and any other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges vary by country and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before placing an order.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
